About the Organization: The Community Housing Equity and Supply Unit (CHESU) is dedicated to policy formulation that ensures the sustainability of existing housing resources, promotes new developments, and implements equitable housing policies. The unit engages with various stakeholders and partners to provide strategic guidance on community housing matters, including financial management and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Loan Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Managing the mortgage renewal process for social housing on behalf of service managers.
  • Offering expert advice on mortgage renewals and financing strategies to clients and partners.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with lenders and housing providers.
Qualifications:

Specialized Knowledge:
