Logistics Coordinator

Direct Coil Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.
Responsibilities:- Shipping: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods, and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an internal record-keeping system, oversee loading and unloading of goods, and supervise material handlers and helpers.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare purchase orders, establish delivery schedules, and verify receipts and packing slips.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
