Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Direct Coil Inc. in a key role that involves coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipments: Determine the most efficient method of shipment and schedule distribution of goods to meet customer needs.
- Manage inventory: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that goods are stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Inspect and verify goods: Inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare shipping documents: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents as required.
- Supervise material handlers: Supervise and train material handlers and helpers to ensure that goods are handled and stored safely and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
