Key Responsibilities- Advanced Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize your technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues related to internet/network connectivity and email for our customers.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to investigate and escalate technical issues as necessary, including Channel Support and Network Operations.
- Trouble Ticket Management: Document and prioritize trouble tickets and technical issues on customer accounts.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of technical troubleshooting for Xplore products and stay current on relevant technology advancements.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is an asset.
- Contact Center Experience: Previous experience in a contact center environment is considered an asset.
- Remote Work Experience: Previous remote working experience is an asset.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and a willingness to learn.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Reliability: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
