About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in handling a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as a member of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of files through the litigation process, including complex litigation matters
  • Work closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement litigation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Represent clients in court and at mediations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years' post-call experience in Civil or Commercial Litigation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex litigation matters
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
