Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team at 21 Century Food Ltd. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program in Hospitality Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure presentation and accuracy.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. Public transportation options are available for commuting.
