Qualifications- Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program in Hospitality Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure presentation and accuracy.
This role is set in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. Public transportation options are available for commuting.
