We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at ABBY LABOUR CONTRACTOR LTD. as a key member of our commercial growth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies that drive business growth and expansion.

Business Community Engagement

Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing expert advice on development opportunities and market trends.

Research and Analysis

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market opportunities and develop strategic business plans.

Marketing and Communications

Design and implement effective marketing strategies, including the development of marketing materials and the creation of engaging content.

Customer Service and Store Environment

Evaluate and improve customer service and store environments to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Business Planning and Strategy

Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Client Support

Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on commercial growth and expansion.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
