About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at ABBY LABOUR CONTRACTOR LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, responding to enquiries from the business community, and preparing reports and research papers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Business Enquiries: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community regarding development opportunities.
  • Research and Reporting: Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on various business topics.
  • Marketing and Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies, design market research questionnaires, and develop a portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards are met.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
