Produce Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Produce Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our produce department is fully stocked and visually appealing, while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Zoning and organizing the produce department to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensuring that merchandise is properly signed and priced, and adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
- Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and ensuring that the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
- Following Health and Safety guidelines and adhering to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Stocking merchandise, picking, and downstocking as required, while applying product protection when necessary.
