Sales and Service Associate

As a Sales and Service Associate at HUB, you will play a crucial role in our sales division, fostering growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a solid background in sales and outstanding communication abilities, you will manage a significant volume of calls, assisting prospective clients and effectively addressing their insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new sales prospects through phone outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships via telephone
  • Evaluate client needs and offer customized insurance solutions
  • Manage a high volume of sales activities with promptness
  • Resolve client concerns through creative problem-solving
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives and performance indicators

Compensation Overview:

The overall compensation package includes a base salary along with commission, influenced by factors such as skills, experience, and business line. The anticipated base salary ranges from $40,000.00 to $45,000.00, complemented by additional benefits including health coverage, disability insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
