About the Role
As a Torrid Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing personalized service and making our customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
- Using your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and create a positive shopping experience.
- Working a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Covering the sales floor and ensuring all visual standards are met.
- Assisting in the organization of the stockroom and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (a plus).
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
- A passion for fashion and staying on top of current trends.
Physical Requirements
You'll need to be able to:
- Stand and walk around during scheduled hours.
- Pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.
