Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Van Driver to join our team at Million Deliveries Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages and messages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Safely transport packages and messages by hand, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, as well as trip information such as vehicle mileage and fuel costs.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Sorting and Recording: Sort packages for delivery and record trip information, including vehicle mileage and fuel costs.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence for cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Physical Capabilities: Be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and 13.5 kg (30 lbs) with ease.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Organized and Punctual: Be highly organized and punctual, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Courier Van Driver with Million Deliveries Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues daily. You will be required to work 34 to 38 hours per week, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.
