Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designer who possesses a strong emphasis on packaging design and retail marketing. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for producing visually striking designs that elevate our brand and resonate with our audience. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and product development teams to create high-quality packaging and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually engaging packaging that aligns with brand and sustainability standards, fulfills marketing goals, and integrates seamlessly into retail displays.
  • Design marketing collateral, including in-store signage, email newsletters, B2B communications, and more.
  • Prepare precise artwork files for production, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with printers and manufacturers to guarantee the quality and consistency of all produced materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies in packaging and print marketing.
  • Maintain organized archives of design files and production specifications.
  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results within set timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design.
  • Experience in retail or consumer marketing, with a solid understanding of print production processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong creative abilities with an eye for aesthetics and current design trends.
  • Technical knowledge of printing techniques, packaging materials, and production workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on packaging and retail or consumer marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices in packaging design.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for packaging across various sectors.
  • Experience in interior design, industrial design, or retail.
