About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at TOKEN STUDIO INC. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Project Management
    • Estimate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver successful graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design and Creativity
    • Develop and implement visual concepts and designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Process Improvement
    • Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual communications.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
