Your Responsibilities:
In the role of Commercial Property Supervisor, you will oversee the daily management and upkeep of both commercial and residential properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising building operations and maintenance personnel
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Developing and managing operational budgets
- Negotiating service agreements and overseeing tenant improvements

Qualifications:
