About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients via phone to provide effective customer service and resolve issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Analyze client accounts and determine appropriate follow-up actions to meet client needs.
  • Strive to exceed qualitative and quantitative performance standards in an inbound call-center environment.
  • Maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures.
  • Work on special projects as required.

Requirements

  • College Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • University degree in Finance or related studies (asset).
  • CSC/IFIC certification (asset).
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of industry databases (i.e. Ifast).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and handle client inquiries, problems, or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent flexibility and change management skills.
  • Demonstrates interest to learn.

Language Requirements

Pursuant to a language needs assessment, the successful candidate will be required to be able to communicate in English and French.
