Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Stellar Clinic. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage incoming mail and other materials, and schedule appointments
  • Train staff in procedures and software, and complete insurance and claim forms
  • Order supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel and itineraries
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software
