Food Service Manager

Madura Dine-In is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
- Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
