Position Title: Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a committed professional to become part of our team as a Culinary Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of a college program or equivalent non-university diploma lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience

  • Metropolitan area
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to fulfill work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Assess the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards
  • Resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Maintain documentation of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and present reports
  • Organize work schedules
Safety and Security
  • A background check is mandatory
Transportation/Travel Information
  • Public transportation options are accessible

This is a permanent role with a requirement for English as the working language. The standard workweek comprises 40 hours.
