Job Title: Field Service Technician

Next Level Group is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of CNC Machine Tool product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repair: Provide on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of CNC Machine Tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment downtime and troubleshoot defects in CNC Machine Tools.
  • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot defects in CNC Machine Tools to determine the cause of the problem.
  • Customer Support: Act as a liaison with customers to provide support and ensure products are used at an optimal level.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate service reports and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Technical Experience: Experience in technical field support - machine tools, automation, or electromechanical controls.
  • Education and Training: Must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical repairs on CNC machines and CNC programming knowledge is a preferred asset.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Travel and Availability: Must be available to travel as customer demands require and have a valid driver's license.
