We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team at MealSuite, a leading provider of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting new clients and internal teams with EMR integrations, setup, testing, and troubleshooting connection issues.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including EMR integrations, setup, testing, and discovery calls.
- Provide tier 2 support for integration and connection issues, including VPN, ADT settings, and API disconnects.
- Create documentation for escalated concerns, setup configurations, triage support, and customer settings.
- Proactively monitor HL7 and API connections and server resources.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Customer Experience teams to develop and execute innovative processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare software integrations and EMR systems.
- Experience with HL7 2.3 and above, including variations between vendors and clients.
- Knowledge and experience with ADT order messages in HL7.
- Understanding of APIs and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and address gaps in business requirements.
- Proven experience providing guidance and support to team members.
- Ability to travel occasionally and possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
