Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Collaborate with our housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Source and procure high-quality equipment and supplies to maintain our facilities.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Lead and motivate our housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
    • Provide coaching and training to ensure staff are equipped to handle special situations and outbreaks.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Oversee payroll and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
