About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Fish Grader Specialist at FRUITS DE MER MADELEINE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of fish products to ensure they meet our company's quality standards.
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing to monitor quality and consistency.
  • Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure they conform to our company's specifications.
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure that all hygiene and sanitation practices are in place and conform to our company's policies and regulations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The work site environment may include:

  • Odours
  • Cold/refrigerated conditions
  • Wet/damp conditions
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Work Language: English or French
  • Hours: 30 to 70 hours per week
