Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of food services operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency in food services operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, implementing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food services management, preferably in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, and basic security clearance.
