Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort’s facilities, including rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
