Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at Royal Paan involves various essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen environment.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables.
  • Manage linen transportation and replacement.
  • Sanitize and clean items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Load buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashers for cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Organize dishes in storage areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items.
  • Scrub pots and pans as needed.
  • Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
  • Package food for take-out orders.
  • Portion and wrap food items appropriately.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with conventional ovens.
  • Familiarity with deep fryers.
  • Ability to operate electronic cash registers.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Work Conditions
