We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in our kitchen operations at Royal Paan. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our food service environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables.
  • Manage linen by carrying and replacing as needed.
  • Sanitize kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
  • Load buspans and trays for efficient service.
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen items by hand when necessary.
  • Scrub pots and pans to maintain cleanliness.
