THE OPPORTUNITY
Kryton International Inc., a renowned leader in innovative concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is expanding its Sales Department. We are in search of a new REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CENTRAL & ATLANTIC CANADA. This role is crucial for driving growth and enhancing our market presence in Central & Atlantic Canada.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Regional Sales Manager will possess strategic insight in establishing a Sales Channel within the designated territory in North America – Central & Atlantic Canada. In this position, you will be tasked with formulating and executing sales strategies aimed at territory expansion, nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and overseeing the sales processes pertinent to the assigned region.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Sales Manager – Central & Atlantic Canada will be accountable for broadening the Sales Channel in the specified territory, devising strategic initiatives to enhance Kryton's Sales Channels, training and supporting current Kryton Distributors, and participating in industry events within the territory, among other responsibilities. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will navigate a complex Sales Cycle unique to the organization and secure specifications for Kryton Products with key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5-7 years in a Territory Management role
- Experience in driving Specifications
- Experience in selling technical products and services that provide added value, rather than commodities.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade is preferred.
- Must possess a robust network within the industry, including Buyers & Influencers, Architects, Engineers, Owner Developers, Concrete Manufacturers, General Contractors & Applicators.
- Experience in multi-channel selling, including distributors, manufacturer representatives, and direct sales.
- Familiarity with construction verticals such as high-rise/below ground, water containment, infrastructure, shopping centers, airports, and low-rise multi-dwelling structures.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Ability to conduct educational sessions for various audiences in the Construction Industry, particularly focusing on specifiers (architects and engineers).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Must hold a valid passport, maintain a clean criminal record, and possess a valid driver's license.
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Hubspot, and Industry Lead Databases.
- Note: The ideal candidate should be based in Toronto.
