  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, walking, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
