The Cafeteria Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our dining facilities at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc. This position requires a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth operation of food service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Settings include cafeterias, restaurants, and hospitality venues such as hotels and resorts.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Oversee a team of 3-4 staff members.
Certifications- Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is required.
