Cafeteria Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations and adequate staffing.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
