Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for a variety of baked items including pies, breads, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following specific recipes or customized orders.
  • Craft pastries for special events, such as weddings and birthdays, ensuring they are both beautiful and delicious.
  • Bake assorted doughs and batters to perfection.
  • Decorate and frost cakes and other baked goods, showcasing artistic flair.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure all products meet established standards.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to uphold cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations.
