We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Sales to join our Digital Growth team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our sales processes, leveraging technology to deliver sales excellence across internal, external, and third-party sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a 2-3 year vision and roadmap to digitally transform sales processes across the McCain global organization.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders and customers to execute the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Work closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade, and Pricing to maximize growth to McCain's customers through intelligent lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Continually improve customer data quality and enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiatives.
- Digitize to simplify commercial processes and embed data-led decision making and insights to enable continual improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in sales leadership or enablement.
- Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Experience in leading projects preferably in a global environment.
- Experience working within an agile project delivery framework.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
