Your Role

We're looking for an aspirational leader to join our team as a Beauty Team Lead. As a key member of our Store Management team, you'll drive retail excellence, strong sales results, and an engaging customer experience. You'll be responsible for handling customer concerns, problem-solving, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Store Management team to drive sales and performance targets
