Job Title: Senior Healthcare Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Architect to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division, you will play a crucial role in the planning and development of healthcare facilities that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple project teams to deliver high-quality healthcare projects
  • Review and mentor staff on drawings and specifications to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
  • Conduct feasibility studies, development permit applications, and contract documents for tender
  • Meet with clients and represent the firm at working groups and presentations
  • Oversee contract administration and administer construction contracts on behalf of the client
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the architectural field
  • Licensed Architect
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and project delivery models
  • Advanced Revit skills and excellent communication skills
  • Proposal writing and leadership experience
