Your Responsibilities
- Sales Driver: As a key Leader on Duty, you excel at boosting sales by optimizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor efficiency and fostering customer loyalty through an outstanding guest experience. You contribute to the store's financial success by analyzing reports and daily trends to make informed business decisions. You assist the Store Team Leader in formulating both short and long-term business strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
- People Leadership: You are dedicated to motivating and inspiring your team through the core values of the company. As a role model, you hold your team accountable for meeting customer service standards, particularly on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent Development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring exceptional talent to ensure the store is adequately staffed to meet business demands. You take pride in training and developing your team to ensure they deliver outstanding service to the best of their abilities.
- Team Collaboration: You understand that effective teamwork is essential for success. You consistently provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, prioritize team meetings, development plans, and performance evaluations, and celebrate your team's achievements.
- Operational Excellence: You are adept at executing and enhancing daily operational processes, supporting the team in maintaining visual standards throughout the store, and ensuring that the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
- Integrity and Compliance: You ensure that store safety protocols are followed, are committed to asset protection standards, adhere to company policies and procedures, and consistently act with integrity.
