Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, including staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Food service manager certification.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Own transportation.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Public transportation is available.
