Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
