Business Generation Coordinator

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Business Generation Coordinator to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Business Development and Bids function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, planning, and implementation of marketing and business development programs to expand our brand profile and market share within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client-facing professionals to develop winning marketing assets for new business development, including custom proposals, RFP responses, bids, presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Control deliverables from inception to delivery and communicate successfully with internal teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide hands-on project management support for the development of sales and marketing materials, including case studies, capability documents, service descriptions, team CVs/resumes, and other client-facing documents.
  • Manage business development and client databases, ensuring staff are aware of them, using them properly, and that the data within them is accurate.
  • Perform quality controls to ensure all work is performed on time, cost-effectively, and according to Turner & Townsend's high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing and business development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in bid management, including experience in managing RFP responses, preferably within the construction consultancy, advisory, legal, architecture, or real estate industries.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, with an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way, both written and verbally.
  • Strong PC skills, with expertise in the use of Microsoft Office package, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
