Position Overview

IO Solutions Contact Center is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter for our Fredericton location. Reporting to the HR Director, the Recruiter's primary responsibility is to assist the Human Resources department in identifying and selecting suitable candidates for various roles within the organization. A successful candidate will work closely with department heads to understand current hiring needs and will implement strategies as directed by the Marketing & Communications team. You will be expected to engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and employee referrals. Ultimately, the Recruiter's goal is to ensure that our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while fostering a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet staffing goals by sourcing and assessing job candidates; advising management; and overseeing relocation and internship programs.
  • Develop applicant sources by engaging with community organizations, educational institutions, media outlets, and online platforms; providing information about the organization, available opportunities, and employee benefits; delivering presentations; and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee candidates referred by current employees

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Energetic and responsible attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and discretion
  • Capability to work collaboratively and independently
  • A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous
