Job Opportunity: Recruiter, Fredericton

IO Solutions Contact Center is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join its Fredericton office. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field is an asset.
