  • A proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment
  • 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (including evenings and weekends)
  • Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Skilled in using basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to adapt and work both collaboratively and independently
  • Dedication to providing outstanding client service
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

YOUR ROLE

Regional Maintenance Associates play a vital role in the effective management of our multi-family residential properties. This position is tasked with promptly addressing resident maintenance requests, conducting preventative and repair maintenance on building systems and equipment, and ensuring the upkeep of apartment units and surrounding areas. The role also involves responding to urgent situations during and after regular hours to address immediate safety issues.
