Director of IT Operations & Governance

In this role, you will be part of the Security and Compliance team, focusing on the operation and advancement of our cybersecurity vendor risk management (CS-VRM) program.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating inherent and residual risks linked to vendors offering services.
  • Supporting procurement and project teams during vendor contract negotiations.
  • Overseeing the performance of CS-VRM service providers.
  • Improving the CS-VRM governance framework, including policies, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Reporting on CS-VRM risk levels to management.
  • Providing innovative thought leadership and creative solutions to challenges.
  • Understanding and interpreting service organization audit standards and penetration test reports.
  • Managing compliance and controls testing.

A background in computer science, application development, information technology, or information management is preferred.

We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose between a fully remote or in-office workspace in collaboration with your manager. You can also select either a Mac or Windows development environment.
