About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Category Merchandising team in Woodbridge, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, curating, and measuring of consumer-right assortments for the Canadian marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of strategic assortment plans to meet Canadian market needs.
  • Ensure data integrity to support product ranging, timely delivery, correct segmentation, and pricing.
  • Support the capture of consumer, industry, and market insights to inform product range decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to create curated assortment plans for strategic wholesale channels and accounts.
  • Present range plans and consumer insights to internal teams and key partners.
  • Monitor and analyze product range and sales results to maximize profitability and growth.

  • US Category and Marketplace Merchandising teams.
  • DTC & Ecom teams.
  • Canadian Wholesale Sales team.
  • Key external retail partners.

Requirements
  • Four-year college or university degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • One year of related industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications.
