Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of strategic assortment plans to meet Canadian market needs.
- Ensure data integrity to support product ranging, timely delivery, correct segmentation, and pricing.
- Support the capture of consumer, industry, and market insights to inform product range decisions.
- Collaborate with the Category Manager to create curated assortment plans for strategic wholesale channels and accounts.
- Present range plans and consumer insights to internal teams and key partners.
- Monitor and analyze product range and sales results to maximize profitability and growth.
- US Category and Marketplace Merchandising teams.
- DTC & Ecom teams.
- Canadian Wholesale Sales team.
- Key external retail partners.
- Brand Operations, Brand Communications, Sports Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
- Four-year college or university degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- One year of related industry experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications.
