Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer engagement team, you will be responsible for maximizing store revenues through effective management of customer accounts and payments past due, while educating and empowering customers to achieve their financial goals through building credit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and payments past due, while maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure goeasy Ltd. remains a leader in the lease-to-own business.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer engagement experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
