About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a Product Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing clients, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, and present them to clients to secure new business.

Provide Ongoing Support

You will provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends

You will stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform your sales strategies.

Troubleshoot Equipment Issues

You will troubleshoot any issues related to our products or services, and work with clients to resolve any problems.

Develop Marketing Strategies

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required for this role.

Work Hours

37.5 hours per week is the standard work hours for this role.
