- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, property, and general building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- HVAC System Maintenance: Inspect, test, and repair HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for our guests and employees.
- Lighting and Equipment Replacement: Remove and replace expired lighting and other equipment throughout the interior and exterior of the facility.
- Pressure Washing: Perform pressure washing of the exterior of the facility to maintain a clean and welcoming appearance.
- Work Order Completion: Complete all assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Guest Service and Communication: Provide exceptional guest service and communicate effectively with management at all levels.
- Previous Maintenance Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a maintenance role is required.
- Technical Knowledge: A good working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility repairs is essential.
