Job Summary

As a Busperson-HRCV, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Food and Beverage outlets. This includes clearing tables and counters, removing used dishes and linens, and ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

* Clear tables and counters as soon as they are vacated

* Remove used dishes, glasses, cutlery, linens, and paper products, and dispose of them according to outlet operational guidelines

* Clean tables and counters according to outlet operational guidelines

* Assist in the overall maintenance of F&B areas, including floors, walls, and windows

* Assist servers in replenishing coffee carts (if applicable)

* Assist with restocking and maintaining a clean and tidy stock area

* Minimize breakage by properly filling bus pans

* Collect recyclables for removal

* Provide guests with additional items as requested

* Perform opening and closing duties as required

* Run food to guests as requested

* Clean spills as they occur

* Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments

* Develop strong relationships with guests, ownership, and team members

* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements

Requirements

* High school diploma

* Minimum 6 months of work experience

* POS experience

* Ability to obtain a Gaming License

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment
