About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Train Driver to join our team at Magnum Cementing Services. As a Train Driver, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our cementing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of cementing equipment, including pumps, mixers, and other related equipment.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support the company's values and objectives.
  • Assist with Rigging and Dismantling: Assist with the rigging and dismantling of equipment on location, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Perform Regular Inspections: Regularly inspect equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition and perform maintenance as required.
  • Maintain Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained, including emergency contact information, registration, and safety certifications.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Adhere to and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation and DOT regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Super B Driving Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of Super B driving experience.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically capable of moving and lifting heavy objects, bending, standing, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
  • Availability: Be available to work a 15 days on, 6 days off rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Field Operations: Have experience in oil and gas field operations, including cementing services.
  • Maintenance Knowledge: Possess maintenance knowledge and be mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and dependability.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Team Player: Be a team player and customer service focused.
