**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking to add a Foreman for our construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendents, the Foreman will play an integral role in leading work on job sites and ensuring safety and effective operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the work on construction sites to ensure compliance with design, specifications, regulations and safety requirements
- Train and develop labourers on proper installation services for signs, guard rail, cable barrier, and other service and product offerings
- Direct labourers and crew members on safe and efficient construction
- Ensure safety paperwork and protocols are adhered to by all crew members
- Communicate with Superintendent on needed labour, materials, and equipment
- Operate equipment safely and effectively
- Take direction from operations managers regarding scope of work and project timelines
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3 years previous construction experience
- Previous supervisory, foreman, or superintendent experience
- Ability to work out of town and varied work schedules
- Preferably, experience with guardrail, cable barrier, etc.
- Construction safety training and valid safety tickets
- Safety-first mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
- Clean drivers abstract and valid driver’s license

**HOURS OF WORK**

Hours of work may vary depending upon project schedules and timelines. Must be capable of working out of town and varied work schedules.
